Policy & Terms of Conditions

Effective Date: 08/01/2024

By using our screen door and aluminum alloy window frame products, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms: Diamond Screen Inc. warrants these products against defects in materials and workmanship for three year from the date of purchase. However, our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Users are responsible for the proper use and installation of our products, and any misuse or modification voids the warranty, with such actions being at the customer’s own risk. These terms are subject to occasional updates, and users are encouraged to review them periodically. For any inquiries or concerns about our products, please reach out to us at [email protected].

All sales are final. All customized products are non-refundable.

Diamond Screen Inc. provides a three-year (3-year) product warranty from the date of installation for all products, with liability limited to repairing parts that are missing, detached, jammed, or damaged due to inherent product issues; however, DS-6 and DS-9 products come with a one (1) year warranty from the date of installation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Customers are responsible for the proper use and installation of our products. Any misuse or modification of our products voids the warranty immediately, and the associated risks are assumed by the customer. These terms are subject to occasional updates, and users are advised to review them periodically.

If the product installed is found to have issues associated with manufacturing (for example, missing screws, loosen screws, and other inherent product issues), please contact us for product repair. Each product is eligible for up to three (3) times of complementary repair due to inherent product issues. For shipped products, we will be shipping the accessory kits and provide instructions for self-diagnosing repair.
